Hi, I am Stuart Day and I offer solution-focused brief therapy coaching (SFBTC) to help people make the improvements they want in their lives. I provide a safe, non-invasive, non-judgmental form of coaching therapy with the aim of helping make improvements in as quick and unobtrusive way as possible.
I am passionate about SFBTC use it to help you in a way that is just right for you and those around you. To me, SFBTC is the embodiment of everything positive that I have taken from 30 years in education and over 10 years in fostering.
So, what is so wonderful about solution-focused brief therapy coaching?

it has been shown be as effective as other approaches but, with SFBTC, the effects are found in fewer average sessions. In other words, lasting change in the shortest time!

SFBTC is also shown to give people the improvements they seek from coaching therapy in a way that is gentle, kind and unobtrusive.
And how does SFBTC do this?

You are the client, not a patient. You are the expert in all aspects of your life, not me!

I help you explore and construct possibilities, I do not delve into past problems. I don't go 'sightseeing' into your life!

My coaching therapy sessions should also be uplifting, affirming, inspiring, deep, meaningful and moving.
I am a member of the UK Association for Solution-Focused Practice and have trained with BRIEF UK to Foundation Level 3 and am fully DBS checked via the Update Service.

I charge £60 per session.

Sessions are via Zoom, a phone call, or WhatApp messaging.

Sessions normally last between 45 minutes and an hour.

Payment is required prior to the session via bank transfer.
